About the job

This position is designated as hybrid.

You will be responsible for the technical management, delivery and support of key IT systems including Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, D365 finance systems support, ITSM Service Cloud, End User Technology transformation and accreditation and maintenance of CE+.

Additionally, overseeing the delivery of operational IT support, business critical server, network and cloud infrastructure for internal operations, the events system, Legacy CDF (Central Database Facility) and HESA platforms.

You will be highly involved in the implementation of security posture including CE, EUT and server estate as directed by our client’s security team.

You must be residing in UK and have the right to work in UK.

What you ‘ll do:

• Leading the IT management team,  providing strategic input and translating strategic direction for the business systems and EUT teams.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across Finance, Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing to influence and support key business initiatives and objectives
• Managing the key transformation program activities across the business systems teams ensuring the programmes are adequately resourced from a systems and personnel perspective
• Management and development of a team working on various projects within the IT systems suite of cloud products and EUT providing guidance on best practice and design.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experienced people manager, with the ability to lead large cross functional, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience of developing as well as implementing technology and delivery of business strategies for operational success
• Excellent knowledge of CRM systems specifically Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for user support including excellent problem solving skills.
• Demonstrable experience of managing cloud-based development and production environments.
• Experience of guiding and advising team members in implementing cloud based business systems
